These Terms of Service explain how you may use Classchool. By creating an account, generating a classroom, buying a subscription or credits, or sharing classroom content, you agree to these terms.

About Classchool

Classchool helps educators and teams generate, manage, and share AI-assisted classroom content. Classchool is a teaching and productivity tool. It is not a school authority, legal adviser, safety system, or substitute for professional educator judgment.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us promptly.

Classchool is intended for educators, schools, organizations, and other users who can lawfully enter into these terms. Students or children should use Classchool only under appropriate parent, guardian, school, or teacher authorization.

Classroom Content

You are responsible for the prompts, files, topics, classroom materials, and other content you submit to Classchool. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and use that content.

Do not upload or publish content that is unlawful, harmful, discriminatory, harassing, infringing, misleading, or that violates another person's privacy or intellectual property rights. Do not include confidential, highly sensitive, or student personal information unless you are authorized to do so and you have considered whether it is necessary for the classroom purpose.

AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular learner, school, jurisdiction, or curriculum. You must review, adapt, and approve generated materials before relying on them or presenting them to learners.

You are responsible for checking factual accuracy, age appropriateness, accessibility, curriculum alignment, copyright status, and safety considerations. Do not use Classchool for decisions that require human professional review, including legal, medical, financial, disciplinary, or safety-critical decisions.

Public Sharing

If you make a classroom public, it may be visible to visitors without signing in and may appear on Classchool public pages. Review the classroom title, description, generated content, and any uploaded material before publishing.

You can make public classrooms private again from your classroom page, but previously shared links may have been viewed, copied, indexed, or saved by others.

Billing

Paid subscriptions and classroom credits are processed by our payment provider. Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes may apply at checkout.

Subscriptions renew until canceled. You can manage or cancel a subscription from billing settings when payment services are enabled. Classroom credits are used after your included monthly classroom allowance is exhausted. Unless stated otherwise at checkout or required by law, credit purchases and subscription fees are non-refundable once the related service period or credits are available.

Enterprise, school, district, or organization agreements may include additional or different terms. If there is a signed agreement between Classchool and your organization, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these online terms.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse Classchool, interfere with the service, scrape or overload the service, attempt unauthorized access, bypass usage limits, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use generated classrooms to distribute spam, malware, harassment, illegal content, or content that exploits or harms minors.

We may suspend access, remove content, limit public sharing, or disable accounts if we believe the service is being misused, legal obligations require it, or continued access could create risk for Classchool, users, learners, or the public.

Intellectual Property

Classchool and its software, design, branding, and documentation are owned by Classchool or its licensors. You keep ownership of content you submit, subject to the rights you grant us to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service.

When Classchool generates classroom content for you, you may use that output for your lawful educational and internal business purposes, subject to these terms and any third-party rights or restrictions that may apply to your inputs or the generated output.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information. By using Classchool, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

Service Availability

We work to keep Classchool reliable, but the service may be unavailable, delayed, changed, or discontinued from time to time. Beta, preview, or experimental features may change or stop without notice.

Disclaimers and Liability

Classchool is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that generated content will be accurate, complete, secure, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Classchool will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or business interruption. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some of these terms may not apply to you.

Governing Law

These terms are intended for a Canada-based service offering Classchool in Canada and the United States. Unless a mandatory consumer, privacy, or education law says otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.

Changes

We may update these terms as Classchool evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page, and we may provide additional notice when required by law or when the change materially affects your rights or obligations.
